Hi Team,
I am unable to access the reference field records of sctask when we are creating the sctask from the related list of RITM new button.
We are trying to give Assignment group in the sctask manually but we couldn't and we tried with all the reference fields but not working.
I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
Please help me out this & Thanks in advance.
Thanks,
Manusha B

I don't think I'm following - you are creating a new Catalog Task via the New button on the Catalog Task RITM related list, but nothing happens when you type a value in a reference field, or click the Assignment group reference search icon, or is the list empty, or what is happening?

Hi @Brad Bowman
When we are clicking on the magnifying glass for selecting assignment group there is no action and we could not able see list of groups and all. It's for only one catalog item and all are working as expected.
Attaching screenshot for your reference.
Thanks,
Manusha B

It seems like there is something preventing the new Catalog Task form from loading completely. Since it is happening only for one Catalog Item, it must be a variable. Does it happen every time you click the New button on the related list - for every new Catalog Task and every RITM for this Catalog Item? Do you have any onLoad Catalog Client Scripts or Catalog UI Policies in this Catalog Item that apply to Catalog Tasks?

Hi @Brad Bowman
Yes it's happening every time when we click on the New button on related list- for every new Catalog Task and every RITM for this Catalog Item.
I checked the onload scripts and UI policies, did not find anything.
