Unable to create a service offering

When trying to create a Service offering in the Service portfolio management, i always get the message :

'Invalid insert. Service with SN App Service ID: BSNXXXXXXX already exists.'

I think the counter parameter for incrementing the count is wrongly set.

Anyone knows how to solve this ?

Goto the table and sort desc by number

You can able to see the latest number.

Now goto the number maintenance

Update the counter in show counter

System Definition > Number Maintenance. go to the table and update the couter.
