Unable to create Dashboards in workspace

Hi All,

 

I have created a workspace in a scoped application. In analytics center when i click on create new dashboard, it is showing "The page you are looking for could not be found".  This is in Tokyo version.

But when I created a workspace in PDI, I'm able to create the dashboard. I have not done any customization to the workspace. Can any one please guide me on this.

@Nagashree5 , do you all the respective plugins installed and you are on correct "Application Scope" like Global/custom scope/etc?

I had somewhat the same problem and maybe my solution could be of help for you. My problem was that the page for creating dashboards was missing when I did my own variant of the Analytics Center Workspace, so the url-path got cut and didn't reach the dashboards-page in Workspace:

I solved it by creating a new page and using the template "Dashboards" and made sure the url path was "dashboards":

This solved my issue, hopefully it could guide you in the right direction.

 

However, I am working in CSM Configurable workspace, and my version is Utah. And I think my error message was a short and simple "Page not found".
