Unable to download exported incidents or requests when selecting Excel or CSV option on portal

Hello,

If someone can help or point me in the right direction that would be much appricated. We have a Service Portal where people raise requests and incidents, and the user can see all the current and previous requests and incidents submitted. The users also has the ability to export and download these in 3 formats:

1. PDF
2. Excel
3. CSV

 

The issue arises when the users tries to download their incidents and requests in the Excel or CSV format, when the CSV is downloaded it's blank and so is the xlsx file, however, the PDF version list all the incidents or requests.

 

I as an administrator can download by impersonating the users without any errors, and all 3 formats show data.

 

Why would this be, what I am missing?
