Unable to edit Health inclusion rules in CI class manager

Hi, I can view CI class manager and the existing health inclusion rules. But i don't have access to edit them and add recommended fields. What kind of access will be required for me edit the rules?

If you are an admin you will have access, if not add the role itil_admin
