Unable to Find Assets in the Asset Table (alm_asset)

Hi All,

For some reason I'm not able to find (some) assets in the Asset Table. I see them when I search for them (using the Search field), please see screenshots below.

Example: Configuration Item LT-B02885

Using the seach field I find the following:

I'm able to find the record only by entering the serial number, see below. However, the CI name does not match. Is it because it was recently deployed?

Please advise!

Hi Jesus,

Good find.   Yes, I do have thoughts.   In the alm_asset form right click on State and choose "Show Choice List".   You'll should find both entries for "In Use" in this list.

The proper one to keep will have a Value of "1" and a Created by of "system".
