User unable to login to Snow as it says logout successfull

I tried to access SN by clearing browser cookies, history and temp files. SN account locked is not checked.

user gets "logout successful" message and is automatically logged out of SNOW

Is SSO (Single Sign-On) authentication enabled on your instance?

Try https://<instance_name>.service-now.conm/side_door.do

Is there a solution where SSO isnt bypassed?

If you bypass SSO, successfully log in.  The manually log out.  Can you then log in with SSO?
