filter option missing for ITIL users

The filter option below is missing for ITIL users. Not sure how to fix it?

Hi Alex ,

It looks the SC_REQ_ITEM table has some role based restriction for Filter option. If you have admin access then open SC_REQ_ITEM table in LIST View.

Right Click on any column and select Configure -> List Control , and remove the role from FILTER option.

Remove all role ( if any ) for Filter.

Hi Alex , 

The image you attached here has a funnel icon i.e. Filter, Please click on this icon it will display all options.

Once you click on Run , it will display without other options.

Sorry I meant to show a user with the issue. He is the screenshot no funnel or filter. It shows for the users under requests and tasks but not items.
