Unable to Perform AQI knowledge article on Agent Workspace

As an admin, I'm unable to perform AQI and answer the AQI question in Agent Workspace. the Answer field is not editable but the same can be done in Native UI. Can anyone help in resolving the issue.

Unfortunately, AQI available only in native UI as of now.
