unable to push the notifications to Teams MS

i have integrated MS teams with the ServiceNow for the notification , but i am unable to push the notification . below is the error logs, please help on it what is the reason 

log:

For Asynchronous Providers: 'test' do not have any associated Common Content or Provider Content or Default Content for the Provider 'Chat-Web Client', this provider will not be initialized.

For Synchronous Providers: 'test' do not have any associated Common Content or Provider Content or Default Content for the Provider 'Workspace', this provider will not be initialized.

For Synchronous Providers: Loaded 1 recipients and 0 destinations and delivered to 0 destinations in 6ms

For Asynchronous Providers: 'test' do not have any associated Common Content or Provider Content or Default Content for the Provider 'Chat Notification Provider [VA]', this provider will not be initialized.

For Asynchronous Providers: Loaded 1 recipients and 0 destinations and delivered to 0 destinations in 8ms

For Asynchronous Providers: 'test' do not have any associated Common Content or Provider Content or Default Content for the Provider 'Next Experience', this provider will not be initialized.
