Hello community, i created new instance from servicenow developer site, i hope i made some changes, i cant see context menu in my list view header(please correct me if the terminology is wrong) but i see the context menu in my form view eg: when i click a record in incident.list it opens up there i see context menu.I am doing all this as a system administrator role. below pics show the issue.

Hey,
I think it is not a san diego issue, this is how it has been always.
In the list view, you don't get context menus from the top-left hamburger icon that you have attached in the list view.
You will get the context menu by right clicking on the form header, please see screenshot :
