Hi All,

Need a quick help, I am unable to see Credentials and Connections module under IntegrationHub. Is it related to any role that I am missing.

Regards,

Sandeep Raj

Hi @Sandeep Raj1 ,
I trust you are doing great.

To access the Credentials and Connections module, you need to have the following roles:

  1. sn_integration.admin - This role is required to create and manage IntegrationHub credentials and connections.
  2. sn_integration.user - This role is required to use the credentials and connections in IntegrationHub.

You can check your roles by navigating to "System Security" > "Users" > "Active Users". Open your user record and check the "Roles" related list.

If you do not have the necessary roles, you can ask your ServiceNow administrator to assign them to you. If you are the administrator, you can assign the roles yourself by navigating to "System Security" > "Users" > "Edit" and adding the roles to your user record.

Hi @Amit Gujarathi , my issue got resolved. The integrationHub plugin was inactive on my instance due to which I was unable to view the connections and credentials module. I activated the plugin and can see the module now.
