Unable to see Translate related link for some of the knowledge article in Servicenow

We are facing an issue on some of the knowledge articles that we are unable to see the the Translate related link for the translation.

Normally we would have the related link for the translation. What might be the possible restriction for not able to see the that "translate" related link

FOund the rootcause for this. If want to tranlate a knowledge article it should be parent article otherwise we will not able to see the tranalate related link
