I have a need to modify the content of the Serice Portal

In the ticket view I need to replace Priority with Urgency on the widget.

 

I've attached an example of what I need to modify.

Hi @John H1 ,

Unfortunately, the meaning would completely change , Priority comrises of urgency.

rry, I did not explain.

We do not use Priority on our Request/RITM tickets only on Incidents.

Urgency on Request/RITM is a standalone variable.
