Update set not capturing choice list

I'm attempting to update some values in a choice list. I created an update set and began making the list updates in the update set. Close out the update set when finished and move over to our QA environment. The development update set lists the Customer Updates on the choice list and when looking at the XML, the new values are there.
But when moving to QA, commit the update set, the Customer Updates section of the update set has nothing listed. The new values are not added.
The choice fields being updated are on the Incident table and are of type String. Not sure if the type has to be Choice for them to be properly captured, but we've done this before without issue. Its odd that the dev update set displays the customization but after moving it to QA, its no longer there.
Any ideas what might be causing the issue? Hopefully its something simple because I'd rather not manually move over 175 updates.

That's strange. When you preview your update set make sure those updates aren't being skipped. If worst comes to worst go to the choice list table, filter to show the entries you made, export as XML and on your other instance import that XML into the choice list table.

Hello Travis,
I have also have a similar issue. I made changes to the choice list in an update set, but they are not captured when I preview the update set, even though the new choices are available. I checked the Default update set also and I do not see those changes anywhere.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If its only choice values are missing you can use a Transform map and upload them in TEST/QA/PROD.
This way you will save some time and parallel debug why update set not migrating values form DEV to QA.
Could you please tell me which version of SN you are using.

Hi, did anyone find a solution? I'm experiencing the same problem and am on Eureka. I created new choice lists for my Incident > Category Lists. New choices appear in my dev instance. However, I do not see any changes to the choice list recorded in the local update set nor when I import the update set into prod.
