On-Call schedules will mostly be maintained in production by the shift managers for each team; however, the System Admins are creating initial schedules in a lower environment for testing purposes and then moving up to prod. We successfully added most of the pieces to update sets but seem to be missing the escalation steps - which were created separately. Can someone identify all of the pieces of on-call scheduling that need to be added to our update sets - since this is a manual process... sigh... We have the following, but feel we may be missing something:
- System Scheduling > Schedules
- cmn_rota_member.list
- cmn_rota_roster.list
- cmn_rota.list
- Group preferences - added through related link
Thank you!

Update: I believe I have found the right piece: cmn_rota_esc_step_def.list
Sure would be nice if on-call schedules were easier to add to update sets instead of having to add all of the individual pieces!
