Urgent! How to debug and resolve SSL or any type of certification issue when 3rd party tool.

Hi All,

 

We have an integration with 3rd party tool where they are complaining that they are unable to access our customer instance.

They mentioned that they are not receiving respond from customer instance.

They have also shared the list of IP addresses which are facing this issue.

  • How can I investigate such issues at servicenow end.
  • What is SSL certificate and how can I extract and share it to the 3rd party tool SMEs?
