User Criteria Not working for Specific Group

Hi I have requirement where the Catalog item should have the acces for only 2 specific groups, I have given those groups in Available for. But when I impersonate and check for the user who is not part of those Groups Still they can see this item and able to submit the request.

Hi @Vamshi_ch123,

 

Troubleshoot it by diagnose the user criteria for catalog item.

Service catalog ---> Catalog administration ---> User Criteria Diagnostics

 

add user and catalog item. It will show how user can see that catalog item.

No, that's should not have any impact, did you run the diagnostic ?

Service catalog -> Catalog administration -> User Criteria Diagnostics 

Also please try in new browser as sometimes there might be cache issue as well, Lastly add the group to whom Item is visible to 'Not available for' list as well once

In User criteria 'Match All' should be checked and also you can use User criteria diagnostics

No, that's should not have any impact, did you run the diagnostic ?
