User is not able to see KB Article

Hi Team,

User is not able see KB Article 

I have checked Knowledge Base for that KB Article 

Can read is empty 

Can not read having 2 conditions 1st one is Guest account and 2nd one is User type, users type is something else and user type mentioned in Can not read is different 

Can contribute contains ITIl role

User don't have ITIL

Please help me on this

@Vyanktesh08 Below are the queries for the above issue,

 

- Is that KB article visible for other users?

- Is this KB article not visible for only one user?

- Did you check the validity or valid to date of the article? If its expired, it wont show on search or on portal. 

- Remove the can not read criteria and check if that user can see the article. If so, that condition would be the restriction and the user type might fall into that category.
