User is not able to see Re-open action button for incident on the portal.

Hi @abhisek  

Worth checking the condition of UI action against the record you are trying on for visibility.

If you are still confused: share the conditions of UI action (a screenshot of UI action) and analysis on how record qualifies for this UI action visibility .
