User Story Templates for Out-of-the-box Incident and Problem modules?

My team is doing implementation of Incident and Problem for our client, completely out of the box. I am in the middle of writing the user stories for both of these modules, but I figure since this has been done thousands of times before I was wondering if anyone had a link to a general template that is pre-populated / used for these particular user stories so that I do not have to re-invent the wheel. (I.e. the description and acceptance criteria should be the same for every out of the box implementation of these modules)

The asset Incident Management - Starter Stories includes user stories related to SLA within the Incident Management context. The same applies to other processes.
