User with SNC_Internal role unable to see attachment and comments section.

Hi, I am facing one issue please any can guide me.

user that have snc_internal role unable to see added attachment and unable to add comments in service portal. ( inside sc_request)

i have already checked the acl user already have  write access but still facing issue.

This is custom configured widget, nothing to do with access part, please check code in widget.

But it is working for other role only issue with Snc_internal role.

In that case, have you checked the ACLs.
