Users cannot see Catalog variables in list reports

Hi all,
I've built reports for users that include catalog variables - when I view the report I can see the variables. However when other users view the report - the variables are missing. Does anybody know what role/ACL is required for users to be able to see Catalog Variables...?

Hi,
there seems some ACL issue if it is working for admin
please check Read ACL for sc_item_option_mtom and sc_item_option table

Hi Ankur,
Thanks for your help - the problem is that users can't see the fields on dashboards - this is what I can see
This is the view for the normal users - the variables are missing.
All the users are ITIL users but they still cannot see the fields
