Hi all,
I've built reports for users that include catalog variables - when I view the report I can see the variables. However when other users view the report - the variables are missing. Does anybody know what role/ACL is required for users to be able to see Catalog Variables...?
Regards

Did you check the 3 READ ACLs I shared above on those 3 tables?

Your users need to add variables as columns into their reports to be able to have the same view as you. The variable names must present under Selected column of the report

https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sys_kb_id=3867620bdbf984901cd8a345ca9619f3.
It's fixed in Paris and we are upgrading this weekend to fingers crossed that will fix it!
Thanks for your help
