Users Not receiving Notifications.

Hii @christopherperry ,

Users Not receiving Notifications when schedule job is Triggered.

Example:

UserName : Beth.Anglin is not receiving Emails.

I have checked her profile Notification is Enable only but still she is not receiving Emails.

Please tell me How to Trigger Mail to her...

Hi Anji,

The reason beth.anglin isn't receiving any notifications in your PDI is because her Primary email Notification Device is deactivated. I just reactivated that and she is now receiving email notifications in your PDI:

Hi Anji,

The reason beth.anglin isn't receiving any notifications in your PDI is because her Primary email Notification Device is deactivated. I just reactivated that and she is now receiving email notifications in your PDI:
