Using Play books for New-Hire/Termination Workflow

Hello All,

Can playbooks be used for 'New-hire' /'Termination' workflow? As of now, we have an order guide for NewHire workflow but as the data needs to flow from the HR systems, would a 'Playbook' would be better option?

Anyone had already implemented it? If yes, please provide your overall structure of flow of data between departments.

Thanks,

Vijaya

Q: Would onboarding new employees be a good use case?
A: Absolutely! Our HRSD team is actually adopting playbooks for out-of-box lifecycle events right now. You can definitely build your own onboarding processes too.

Q: Can existing flows be wrapped into a new playbook?
A: Yes! You can use existing subflows and flow actions as individual steps in a new playbook.
