VA bot points to oob 'sp' url prefix portal. How do I update that to our current custom prefix?

Hi All, 

I'm testing my oob bot conversations, and in my dynamic greetings, I get an accurate msg that states I've got two open INC's. When I select one of them to get a detailed view, I get an error 'the page can't be found'. The url, sys_id, etc is all correct but the portal prefix loads as sp/? instead of our custom prefix. How do I update this prefix in my VA bot? 

When I manually update the 2 letter prefix from sp/ to our custom, in the 'page you are looking for could not be found', it directs without issue.

Thanks for the response. I tried the suggestion but the same issue occurs. Here's more details: 

I go to my Conversational Interface Home and select See your bot in action > Open portal. I select our Service Portal, and it opens with the VA bot active.

My bot shows the dynamic greeting:

If I select any of the links I'm directed to:

if I update sp to br, it directs. I just can't seem to find where, how, to update this redirection.

Hi there,

You are not sharing much details, so just doing a wild guess:

Have a look at system property "com.glide.cs.url_redirect.default.portal", and change the value to the prefix of your portal. This will work for when using the Card Bot Response for example.
