Variable Sets Does Not Appear in Approval

One of the feedback we've received is that it's difficult to approve an RITM when you don't see ALL the variables and variable sets values related to the approval.

How to we add RITM variables and variable sets in here?

Configure form layout anf bring the approval summarizer at the botton

Hi @hanaphouse,

The variables would show OOB on the Approval summarizer.

If it is not present then you can follow the below steps,

i) configure form layout of approval record

ii) check Approval Summarizer is added or not

Approval Summarizer does not display ALL VARIABLE SETS - MRVS, etc. which became an issue with majority of our RITM approvals missing MRVS information. It had no issues with displaying the variables.

Can you check the "Visible on summaries" to true for your multi-line row variables and give it a try?
