Variable Sets Does Not Appear in Approval

One of the feedback we've received is that it's difficult to approve an RITM when you don't see ALL the variables and variable sets values related to the approval.

How to we add RITM variables and variable sets in here?

I reached out to HI and they confirmed that variable sets are not yet supported in both UI16 and Agent Workspace.

 

However, it is supported in Service Portal Approvals.

I am having a particular issue about the Variable type HTML; it doesn't show up either in Backend approval nor on our Service Portal approval page.  Is there any documentation to support this / the reason it would not appear?
