We were using variable editor in the task and request item forms. Recently the variables are not shown in few tasks and request items. All other tasks created before and after these few are having variables in the form. The form layout is having the variable editor in it and also we haven't modified the UI formatter recently. We are having many automation tasks like account creation So if this happens again then it would create escalations for us. Could anyone help me to find the root cause for this.
