Is there a way to view how many times a KB article has been attached to incidents?

Thanks,
AJ

I don't think there is anything out of the box that will show if it was specifically attached to an incident. Since when you click attach it only puts the URL into the comments.

Hi AJ,

- You can find the Used and Viewed count on the Kb_Use Table (kb_use.list).

- You just have to enter the Article num to view the details.

- Please check the screenshot.

Thanks Sandeep, but this doesn't show how many times a KB article has been attached to incidents. Your link to a previous post does show that it is currently not possible.
