Virtual Agent - active pop-up

Hello,

Is there a way that the virtual agent pops up actively on the ServiceNow Website?

Currently the user has to actively select the chat box in order to interact with the virtual agent. 

If the virtual agent would pop up actively on the website the benefit would be that the users would see him more easily and would interact with him with a higher probability.

Append /sp to your instance URL there you could see the virtual agent and please let me know if you want to activate the same in your instance as well..!!!

Hello,

I tried the URL you metioned above with sp at the end.

Nevertheless, I have to actively select the button so that the chat window appears on the portal.

I would like to have that the chat window actively appears on the portal without selecting the button.

Hello Martina,

I dont think having that screen all the time in the page because that could cover small portion of your page.

Having a small button like this is a good implementation right ???

I hope this would suffice your request . Give a try on this link :

"https://instance.service-now.com/$sn-va-web-client-app.do"

This helps you to have the standalone web client(chat window) get loaded automatically without actively clicking the button or icon.
