Hi all ,
In the virtual agent chatbot ,is it possible to edit the sentence "Please type your request " in the search box? .
Because if incase the end-user type a request of his choice in "please type your request " box ,it says "I am sorry but I didn't understand your request."
This happens because in the search box it is expecting the end user to type a topic name that comes under " Show me everything " ,where as the user thinks he can search any keyword and it will dispaly the output.
Any input on this would be so helpful.
Thanks,
DiNesh.M

Changing the sentence is what I showed. It's also a proven mechanism to work, if you at least use the key 100% accurately. As mentioned, you added a key that wasn't accurate.
An example, that changing the sentence works:
Or is your question different? Than please clarrify your question a bit more.

Hi there,
Yes that's possible. Actually you can just add a sys_ui_message record for this.

Go to the sys_ui_message table or System UI > Messages and add a new record like in the image I posted.
