Hi all ,
In the virtual agent chatbot ,is it possible to edit the sentence "Please type your request " in the search box? .
Because if incase the end-user type a request of his choice in "please type your request " box ,it says "I am sorry but I didn't understand your request."
This happens because in the search box it is expecting the end user to type a topic name that comes under " Show me everything " ,where as the user thinks he can search any keyword and it will dispaly the output.
Any input on this would be so helpful.

Changing the sentence is what I showed. It's also a proven mechanism to work, if you at least use the key 100% accurately. As mentioned, you added a key that wasn't accurate.
An example, that changing the sentence works:

It was about "Please type your request" right? Your image shows "Type your request" (with a double space?). So no, this will not work.
Try changing the key into "Please type your request".

Hi Mark ,
If you see the first image that i shared ,it has "please type your request " in the search bob.
But my aim is to change "Please type your request " into different sentence of my choice ,as it does not make any sense when we type a keyword in search box like email and it says "I am sorry but I didn't understand your request.".
It will only display an output when we type something that is available in "show me everything".
Kindly reply me if you need any other clarification
