Visual Task Board refresh

Is there a way to set the refresh rate for a Visual Task Board?

Hi,

VTB is updated within just a few seconds when any changes to a record are made (whether by you or someone else). Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way to actually change that to only refresh once a minute or something...(sort of like homepages and all that).

We have some users that are complaining that their VTBs are taking up to a minute to refresh, while their neighbor's refresh in seconds.  Is there anything that would slow down the refresh?

Hi,

Not that I'm aware of other than outside issues...like browser issues and the like. You'd have to try and do some compare testing, same browser, same VTB actual board and all that to see if it's a real delay or something else.
