Visual task board showing incidents and ritms.

I am trying to create a visual task board to show Ritm tickets and incidents in one board. Is this even possible? I tried using swimboard but it would only show the numbers of the request and not visual tickets that are assignable. 

Tried playing with changing tables to request and vice versa. Im trying to create a board thats used for dispatch techs for the organization.

Thank you for info and pictures. I tried it and i think that fixed it. Will put it through its paces tomorrow and see if it resolves my concern. Appreciate your help will mark it correct after tomorrows test.

Hi @Muhammad ,

I notice that you have created a single VTB for different Task Types where Vertical Lanes is by State. I am trying to create the vertical lanes by State , but I want only 4 States. The standard VTB ends up giving 100+ states for 8 Task Types.

Any Ideas??
