I am trying to create a visual task board to show Ritm tickets and incidents in one board. Is this even possible? I tried using swimboard but it would only show the numbers of the request and not visual tickets that are assignable.
Tried playing with changing tables to request and vice versa. Im trying to create a board thats used for dispatch techs for the organization.
