Wait for condition activity not working in scoped application

Hi, I have a workflow in scoped application. The wait for condition activity doesn’t move forward even if the condition is matched. The workflow is on table 1 and the updates are made to table 2. I even wrote a business rule to update table 1 status when table 2 status is updated. Yet the activity doesn’t move forward. Nudging the workflow doesn’t help.

I think, the wait for conditions did not met, hence the activity doesn’t move forward.

Can you share some screenshots here to get the exact issue. I mean conditions and workflow.
