Walk Up Experience Scheduling Appointment Error

Hello ServiceNow community,
I am encountering an issue with the Walk-Up Experience on my Personal Developer Instance (PDI). My normal users are unable to schedule appointments, and an error message appears (error details attached). Do I need to assign a specific role to each user? I attempted to grant them some admin roles, but that did not resolve the issue. Is there a setting that would enable all internal existing users to schedule appointments? Admin is able to schedule appointments as usual.

No rules should be required to book an appointment via the self-service portal.
Can you clarify the exact steps you did to produce the error & provide a screenshot of the entire page?
