Welcome to the walk-up check-in Schedule an appointment tab as OOTB it opens in Join the queue tab and we don't want to touch OOTB widgets as it might create conflict during upgrade, as per user they are introducing remote support and wants to give access/identification to user so that they can get scheduled an appointment and end users do not click on join the queue all the time, Can we make it bold/colorful some solution I am looking for
