Walkup Experience-Can show queue status without enabling Join Live Queue and Schedule Appointment?

I have a site using Walkup Experience and activated the kiosk for user to check-in. However, the site does not want to enable the Join Live Queue and Schedule Appointment feature. Is there a way for users to view the queue from Walkup Experience online portal without enabling these features?

You can disable it by deactivating "Enable online check-in" but with this Queue status will not be displayed.

and through "walkup_queue_on_site" portal we can see the queue status.

and to see the appointments serving, the appointment status should be Accepted / work in progress.

That's the problem where the site doesn't want to enable the online check-in BUT wants to see the queue status 😅. Is that possible?

If online check-in is disabled then how end user will able to book a slot and if slot is not booked then how queue will generate.

 

Do you want user should only be able to book appointment in-person??

Users currently using a physical kiosk for the check-in which has the same queue as online check-in queue
