I have a site using Walkup Experience and activated the kiosk for user to check-in. However, the site does not want to enable the Join Live Queue and Schedule Appointment feature. Is there a way for users to view the queue from Walkup Experience online portal without enabling these features?

Hi @Ceci Looi
You can disable it by deactivating "Enable online check-in" but with this Queue status will not be displayed.
and through "walkup_queue_on_site" portal we can see the queue status.
and to see the appointments serving, the appointment status should be Accepted / work in progress.
