Good Morning,
We have started to implement the Walk-up experience in ServiceNow but we have a issue where the varibleset sn_walkup_variable_set doesn't pull through the variables into the appointment.
Currently we have short description and a "What is your computer number variable" setup, the short description was default when you apply the variable set but i have added the computer variable but i cannot get it to pull through to the appointment screen.
Within the record producer I cannot find any scripting to point to how this is pushed through to the appointment screen.
