Unable export the data while export CSV getting empty file

Hi Team,

While downloading the report in excel format in service now, we get this below error while extracting report as an excel sheet for 5k records.
When export CSV file format getting empty record zero size
Earlier we use to 10k record for excel but now we are getting less than 5k record post upgrade.
Error : Export stopped due to excessive size. Use CSV for a complete export. zero record showing
We are unable to download the dump , the dumps are directly emailed.
Also in scheduled report attachments are missing .

If file size limit is exceeded then system will reject the attachment in scheduled reports

Hello Tharun,

In ServiceNow, There are some default limits on exporting the records.

you can check the limits from the official docs - Exports Limits.  You can To set these properties, navigate to System Properties -> Import Export.

Please find the below properties in my instance

Properties looks correct, Have you tried exporting the data for 1k or 2k records? Are you able to perform that action?
