search with this script contains "requested to approve"

Please search approval oriented workflow or activity set for respective item, it's not coming through any UI message.

Following Business Rules are using 

Approval Events (Task)

Approval Events (Non-Task)

 script include ApprovalCommentsUtil which having function getApprovalComment .

You need to customize this function for your requirement.

Note/Warning : Impact is global if you do not apply proper condition/filtering  in your customization
