way to override global client script

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to make variable section editable under RITM for one catalog item. when I check there is a global client script configured to make fields readonly. 

I have written below script on catalog UI policies. But it is overridden by global client script. 

is there any way to override global client script by using UI policy script?

Global client script:

Hi there,

Is this a custom global Client Script? If so, check why this has been done. One of the ServiceNow best practices is "Avoid global Client Scripts".
