We have created one dashboard with report and suddenly some columns are not visible.
columns are visible in lower instances.

Based on the two .png(s) you have shared, it appears that you are looking at two different reports.
The one shared on the dashboard with issue has field "number" that starts with PRJSTATxxxx.
The one shared under the correct.png has field "number" that does not have PRJSTATxxxx but PRJxxxx.
Please review the name of the report you want to share on the dashboard, and the one in other instances where you are seeing these reports.

is it possible that the users in production do not have access to the data on the back-end columns? the reports module will still create the report and put it on their dashboard with as much info as possible, but the AC still evaluates data access and removes that which isn't available to the user accessing the report or dashboard. This is a bit common in PPM, where all users can view much of the project data, but not all of it (like the project owner, perhaps)
