we are not received email but in email logs showing email sent and recipients also not showing in notification added user,delegate at who will received tab?
Scenario: Whenever delete delegate user , that time received email original user and delegate user.
Please provide any examples or any suggestions.

Hi,
If the email is in the email log with the right recipient and marked as sent, the email is highly probably sent by ServiceNow.
I would check in that order:
1) User mailbox (spam rules, trash...)
2) Contact email team (Exchange, provider) to see if they have seen the email in their logs
3) Contact ServiceNow Hi Support to have a check in the infrastructure logs (but only if the email team don't see the emails in their logs)
By default delegate,
user will receive the email ratification on behalf of another user.
If you want particular mails for delegate users please select the required one.
