Hi Folks,
We are about to begin the ITSM implementation for one of our clients. Before moving forward, we plan to conduct an ITSM process workshop.
Could you please help us with the following:
1. Key Considerations:
What essential aspects should we take into account while planning and conducting the workshop?
2. Core Concepts to Cover:
What are the most important ITSM concepts and best practices that we should explain to the client to ensure a clear understanding?

Hi @Di Zhang Thank you for suggestion yes we do get workshop decks in now create.. However, i am looking how do we start the workshop? Do we have to start with discovery workshop first? Do we have to start with design and solution workshop?
