Hi,
You update more than 100 records at a time using Update All.
PFA.
For deletion I never hear this but in Tokyo we have data management.

For Sandiego,
Fix Script with deleteMultiple() seems to be the only option.

I don't know anything like that, unless somebody configured a UI action to do something like it.

This UI action will look like the "delete" option on the drop down that I highlighted but it wouldn't be out of the box.
